About Kim
Kim is a Certified Master Coach who specializes in helping women become everything they dream of being. Whether it's personal or business change that's needed, Kim has been there and can help you manage through change in a human, relate-able and down-to-earth way.
Kim has more than 20 years of corporate marketing experience during which she drove major change initiatives.
During her fifteen years at Time Warner Cable, she led the retention marketing, driving strategies that improved the customer experience and increased customer retention. Kim also played a key leadership role in a variety of high-profile and top priority company service transformation initiatives.
Recognized as much for her ability to energize teams as for her strategic planning skills, she held positions in product marketing, customer experience, loyalty and digital marketing. Prior to Time Warner Cable, Kim spent three years at Sprint during the start-up phase of their wireless business, leading a variety of relationship marketing strategies and initiatives.
Now she's putting all her experience in strategic planning, change management and people development to work for her clients. As a coach, Kim is leveraging more than twenty-five years of experience in what it means to drive and embrace change. And her clients are seeing the impact of that in their own lives every day.
She enjoyed her corporate career but now her greatest passion is helping people just like you to become and achieve everything they dream of.
